Special Announcement Dr Ingram will give a lecture on the 10th April 2008 at 7:30pm entitled:
"Eat Right for your Metabolic Type". Dr Ingram will be discussing the four main metabolic types, their recognition, associated health implications and how to deal with by diet and supplements.
Dr. Cass Ingram, physician and researcher, is the author of over 12 books, including How to Eat Right and Live Longer, Self-Test Nutrition Guide, and Lifesaving Cures. He is a popular radio/TV personality and has appeared on over 3,000 media interviews. Dr. Ingram holds a Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences. Tickets are available in advance from Food For Thought Guildford (address opposite) and cost £5. Each ticket will also entitle the holder to a £5 discount on any North American Herb and Spice supplement purchased from the store before the 30th April 2008.
